Return & Refund Policy - Sand Wax Candles Thank you
for shopping with us! We aim to deliver beautifully crafted sand-wax candles
that enhance your space. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only under the following
conditions: The item received is damaged, defective, or broken during
transit. The product delivered is incorrect (wrong design, fragrance, or size).
To be eligible for a return: The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Clear photos/video proof of the issue must be provided.
We do not accept returns for: Change of mind Slight colour/texture variation due to handmade nature Minor sand pattern
irregularities (each candle is unique)
2. Refunds Once your return request is approved: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If the product is eligible for replacement, you may choose refund or exchange.
3. Exchanges We offer exchanges only for: Damaged or
defective products Incorrect items sent Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the same item is not available, we will offer a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be
returned: Used candles that have been lit Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
5. Shipping for Returns If the issue is our fault (damaged/defective/incorrect product), return shipping is free. For ineligible returns, the customer may have to bear return shipping charges.

Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once
the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
