MAPLE WICK – RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Maple Wick. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, subject to the conditions below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.
Items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact our Customer Service team at info@maplewick.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, securely package your item(s) along with the completed return form.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please allow 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
